Under controlled conditions, the optimum thickness of primer is applied to all six sides of the cedar siding. This is rarely achieved when boards are coated on the job site. Pressure rollers and high speed brushes drive the coating deep into the wood fibers. Afterwards, the Bevel in a Box wood siding is dried in a temperature controlled drying room to ensure complete curing of the prime coat. For optimum performance apply two coats of a top quality 100% acrylic topcoat as soon as possible but within one year from the date of installation. Always prime end and rip cuts during the installation process.

Bevel in a Box is warranted to the original purchaser/building owner against extractive bleeding for 1 year from the date of purchase. Additionally, if either the substrate or the factory coating system is determined to be defective within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairing or replacing defective product is the exclusive remedy for any substrate or coating failure. Failure to follow proper handling, installation and coating instructions as well as accepted industry standards could void this warranty. Simply maintain proof of purchase…that simple!
