This makes Typar MetroWrap an excellent choice for evolving construction schedules and an interim environmental barrier for interior construction. Best Water Holdout — protects interior environments during and after construction from air infiltration and damaging water. Typar® StormWrap In high-wind areas where impact resistance is key, ask for the fiber-reinforced wrap strong enough to do the job — Typar® StormWrap™. It combines all the advantages of Typar® HouseWrap with fiber-reinforcement for unprecedented impact resistance in a weather resistant barrier that also provides water holdout and tear strength, making it the ideal solution for extreme weather conditions. Designed to stop the penetration of wind-borne objects, high wind pressure cycles and wind lift conditions, it is highly recommended for high-wind and extreme weather areas. It’s so strong, it meets the rigorous standards of the Florida Building Code. Typar StormWrap goes where no other housewrap has gone before, providing: Extreme Weather Protection — extreme weather-, wind- and impact-resistance; storm-resistant protection for any house or building. Typar Peel & Stick Window Flashing Our proprietary bloc co-polymer flashing provides broader installation and service temperatures along with our Quik-Peel™ split back release paper for easy positioning and flexible installation. Typar Peel & Stick has no VOCs and is a great alternative to butyl with better performance.

Typar Flashing Flex A conformable flexible, composite peel and stick flashing product, ideal to flash around arched windows. Use it on window flanges, sill plates, corners and joints to improve air and moisture holdout. Based on a two-ply oriented high-density polyethylene film, mated to a premium butyl rubber adhesive and release sheet.

Typar Flashing RA™ A rubberized asphalt flashing that is an affordable choice with best-in-class performance. Designed for use in the Typar Weather Protection System, which is backed by a 10-year limited installed warranty. It has many of the advantages of Peel & Stick Flashing while offered at a lower price.

Typar Construction Tape A strong, coated polypropylene film that seals seams and edges to improve the integrity of the building envelope. Use it on window flanges, corners, joints, and seams to improve the building envelope and air and moisture holdout. Also to repair rips, punctures and tears. Won't deteriorate over time, providing years of reliable performance.
