A rubberized asphalt flashing that is an affordable choice with best-in-class performance. Designed for use in the Typar Weather Protection System, which is backed by a 10-year limited installed warranty. Typar Flashing RA has many of the advantages of Peel & Stick Flashing while offered at a lower price.

Typar Flashing BA

Typar Flashing BA forms a strong bond to Typar HouseWrap and other building substrates, and actually strengthens over time. It is repositionable too, so re-adjusting your initial placement is easy. Typar Flashing BA is ideal for use on straight jambs and heads of windows and doors.

Typar Flashing Flex

A conformable flexible, composite peel and stick flashing product, Typar Flashing Flex is ideal to flash around arched windows. Use it on window flanges, sill plates, corners and joints to improve air and moisture holdout. Based on a two-ply oriented high-density polyethylene film, mated to a premium butyl rubber adhesive and release sheet.

Typar Construction Tape

A strong, coated polypropylene film that seals seams and edges to improve the integrity of the building envelope. Typar Construction Tape used on window flanges, corners, joints, and seams can improve the building envelope and air and moisture holdout. Also to repair rips, punctures and tears. Won't deteriorate over time, providing years of reliable performance.
