Joe came to Boston Cedar and Millwork in February 2007 as a seasoned industry outside sales representative. With over 25 years of building material and millwork expertise Joe is a valued member of the team.

Joe has many hobbies that range from hunting and fishing to writing and recording music. A resident of North Greenbush, NY, Joe and his wife Jean have a son and a daughter.

Brian Needham - Inside Sales for Joe Hirt

Brian has been with the company for five years. He started as a Merchandiser and used his previous inside sales skills in another industry to take on the role of Inside Sales Representative at Boston Cedar and Millwork. He is also a member of Hoo-Hoo International and NYLE.

A graduate of Assumption College, he is long-term season ticket holder to the N.E. Patriot’s and is also a golf and fishing enthusiast.

Brian and his wife just had their first child, a son. The family resides in Norwood, MA where Brian is a lifelong resident.

Dave Baldino - Outside Sales
Connecticut

Dave Baldino has been involved in the sale of building materials for 26 years and has worked for Prime Source, 7D Wholesale and has been employed at Boston Cedar and Millwork since August of 2006 as a Territory Sales Representative covering the entire state of Connecticut.

Dave resides in Shelton, CT with his wife and two daughters and enjoys golf and cooking in his leisure time.

Mark Horne - Inside Sales for Sean French
and Dave Baldino

Mark has acted as an Inside Sales Representative at Boston Cedar for five years. Previous to that, Mark worked in a sales capacity in other industries after graduation from Suffolk University.

An active industry advocate, Mark is past President of The Harry L. Folsom chapter of the Hoo-Hoo and is on the Board of Directors for NYLE. Mark lives in Quincy, MA with his wife and newborn son, Charlie.
